Group Support Circles
Drawing Strength from the Wisdom of the Circle.
Aroha's Group Support Circles bring together people navigating similar life experiences in a safe, compassionate, and non-judgemental space. Supported by expressive arts, creative reflection, mindfulness, and meaningful dialogue, these circles offer opportunities to express emotions, process experiences, gain new perspectives, and draw strength from the collective wisdom of the group.
There is a unique comfort in being with others who truly understand what you are going through. As participants witness, support, and learn from one another, a sense of belonging, validation, and shared resilience begins to emerge. Over time, these circles become trusted containers where people can return regularly to feel seen, heard, and held.
Depending on the needs of the community, circles may meet weekly, fortnightly, or monthly, allowing relationships, trust, and support to deepen over time.
